High Pressure Automatic Unloader Valve

The High Pressure Automatic Unloader Valve is a reliable pressure management component designed to support the efficient operation of professional high-pressure washing systems. Featuring a trapped-pressure mechanism, it reduces pressure at the pump to zero while maintaining pressure in the high-pressure hose, helping ensure controlled operation when the trigger gun is released.

Built with multiple connections for flexible system integration, the valve includes two 3/8″ BSP female inlets, one 3/8″ BSP female outlet, and one 3/8″ BSP female bypass connection. These ports support water flow management within compatible pressure washer configurations.

A separate 1/4″ BSP pressure gauge port allows a suitable pressure gauge to be connected for monitoring system pressure. Designed to handle flow rates of up to 30 litres per minute and water temperatures of up to 90°C, this valve is suitable for demanding commercial and industrial pressure washing applications.
